Buyer and Seller agree to the following

conditions as stated below.

Seller represents that the puppy has no known disease or illness, and has no known congenital or hereditary conditions that would adversely affect the health of the pup at the time of sale or that is likely to adversely affect the health of the pup in the future.

Buyer agrees to have their puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of pick-up date.  A fecal exam must be preformed at this visit. 

Seller is not responsible to buyer for payment of veterinarian fees for examinations, vaccinations, x-rays, or any other medical treatments for the pup in the future.

Deposits are non-refundable unless your puppy dies in our care.  Then you will have the choice to choose another pup of equal value or have your deposit returned less any paypal fees.  When making a deposit via paypal you are agreeing to the terms of this contract.

Seller cannot, and does not, guarantee breeding ability, size, or quality of show whether or not registerd or registerable.  This includes all faults or any kind.

Buyer understands that a chihuahua puppy requires EXTRA CARE and attention to remain healthy.

Wartena's Chihuahuas is in no way to be held liable for a puppy represented as not belonging to Wartena's Chihuahuas.  We do, at times post puppies for sale from outside parties. Our Sale Contract does not cover these puppies. Buyer will have to contact original owner of puppy. We do make it very clear on our website if we are posting puppies for a friend/neighbor or third party.

Buyer has been very explicitly made aware of this breeds susceptibility to hypoglycemia and has been provided with verbal courses of treatment for the condition.  Therefore, seller will not be responsible for the puppy becoming hypoglycemic resulting in death.

Buyer agrees to read all of the information provided by seller and to follow through with the instructions and or veterinarian instructions.

This puppy is not to be left alone for long periods of time or left outside unattended.

Buyer agrees not to do any extensive traveling with the pup unless it is to the veterinarian until fully vaccinated.  We offer a 14 day warranty against any contagious diseases from time of pick up.

Buyer agrees to add "Wartenas" prefix to the beginning of the AKC registration papers.

If for some reason buyer is unable to provide a loving home for the pup, Wartenas Chihuahuas has first right or refusal for the dog and/or will assist in finding a home for the dog. This dog will NEVER see the inside of a animal shelter or be resold. PERIOD !!

Buyer agrees to the continued suppliment of Nu-Vet vitamins for the entire term of warranty.

Buyer agrees to provide the pup with blankets at all times.  This pup MUST reside indoors.
